Lundy House & Guest House
The Estate is comprised of two large villas, each with all the furnishings and amenities to comfortably host 25 overnight guests.
The Lundy House contains multiple well-appointed communal spaces, living rooms, an open kitchen, sunroom, game room with billiards, music room with record player and fireplace, 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and stone patios surrounding the house.
The Guest House has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a commercial kitchen, and the main communal dining room with a large fireplace and adjoining patio.
Our guest rooms have several different bed & bath configurations, making it perfect for families and retreats.

Set within the expansive 62-acres are several reimagined, historic buildings and unique features for guests to enjoy.
The Barn encloses the movement & meditation space, next to a workout room equipped with stationary cardio machines and free weights.
A saltwater pool sits near the Lundy House and a newly surfaced tennis court is just a few steps from the Guest House.
The spring-fed pond is a short walk from both houses, and perfect for swimming + wading in warmer months. Climb up to the tree house for a bird’s eye view or unwind in the sauna at the water’s edge.
A walking path surrounds the farm for easy viewing of the landscape and wildlife. Multiple fire-pits for evening fetes and food prep are perfect for honing your s’mores skills.
