Join Amy for a weekend of upstate indulgence – relax, refresh, repeat – full permission to get away from routine and cultivate self-care. There will be twice daily alignment focused vinyasa style yoga classes – challenging and upbeat. Plenty of time to take walks, lounge poolside, nap or hike – with massage packages available if you book in advance. There will be an optional workshop and led meditations based on the interest and inquiry of the group. Chef Davis Lindsey will prepare farm grown vegetarian meals – which happen to be mostly vegan and gluten free. Optional snack and beverage add-ons available.
